Lantau residents at checkout
Living in Mui Wo, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung or other Lantau villages? Hong Kong addresses only show three administrative regions at checkout. Please select “New Territories” as your region - we’ll automatically route your order to the right Lantau delivery option (Discovery Bay home delivery, Mui Wo via SF Express, or Pier pickup) based on the address you enter.
When you’ll get your order
Delivery rhythm by order day. All cutoff times are Hong Kong time.
* Zones 1-3 same-day: orders before 16:00 HKT - after the cutoff, delivered the next business day.
Zone 4 (Mui Wo via SF Express): internal cutoff 12:00 HKT. SF Express does not deliver on Saturdays, so weekend orders are held in our chilled storage and shipped the following week to preserve cold-chain integrity.
Delivery hours: Mon–Fri 12:00–18:00 · Sat 10:00–15:00 · Closed Sundays and public holidays.

Pickup on Mondays & Thursdays: from 14:00 only - our fresh shipment arrives that morning.
Select “Pickup” at checkout. We’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp once your order is ready (typically within 24 hours).
Pier pickup - two ways
Going by ferry? Two options depending on whether you come to us or we send the order to your island.
Option A - Your home island pier
We drop your order at Central Pier; it travels by ferry; you collect at the pier of your island (Discovery Bay, Lamma, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Mui Wo…).
Select “Pier pickup - Coordinate with us” at checkout. We’ll confirm the ferry timing by email or WhatsApp.
Option B - Central Pier
Coming to Hong Kong Island anyway? Meet us at Central Pier at a time we agree.
At checkout, choose “Standard Delivery” and enter Central Pier, Hong Kong as the street address - same rules as any other Hong Kong Island delivery.
Cold chain & quality
Every perishable order travels insulated. If anything’s not right on arrival, we make it right.

24h claim - fresh
Fish, meat, cheese: 24h after delivery with photos via email or WhatsApp.
7d claim - pantry & wine
Dry goods and wine: 7 days after delivery with photos.
Refrigerate fast
Refrigerate or freeze your perishables promptly upon receipt.
Return your packaging
BONEATO reuses insulated bags and food-grade ice packs. Switch on “Reuse and recycle” in your cart, have your previous bag and ice packs ready when our driver arrives with your new order, and we’ll collect them on the spot.
No extra step. No fee. A goodwill program built on trust.
Force majeure: typhoons & black rain
In the event of a T8 or higher tropical cyclone warning, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, deliveries are suspended automatically and resume on the next available business day. We will contact affected customers by email and/or WhatsApp to reschedule.
